In this video, watch for a keynote address by TV host Nicole Curtis from HGTV’s “Rehab Addict.” She talked about the importance of maintaining a work/life balance. Curtis also encouraged attendees to know the signs of heart attacks and strokes so that more lives can be saved. She said that Detroit needs more grocery stores and/or food trucks to provide healthy meals for residents. The television host encouraged attendees to make their lunch at home and then take it to work instead of eating at fast food restaurants.
