It seems as though hardly anything is closed any more. Waffle House, truck stops, maybe Denny’s and/or IHOP.

ago, on Christmas, I drove from my parents’
house to my then-boyfriend’s parents’ house. I stopped at a Waffle House.

appraised and/or try to obtain it displayed on the market.
Doing this will give you an idea of its marketability and give you
a hint as to your ability to “live off” it. Many touristy areas have little hip artwork districts with little galleries and cafe’s that will display local performers’ function. I imagine Savannah
should have a great number of these areas. Once you get a
concept what your artwork will probably be worth, multiply that by the amount you can generate on a monthly basis
to calculate the price of living you can afford.
