AmericaJR.com is kicking off a new series about Summer Road Trip ideas. In this third video, AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo travels to Seven Magic Mountains in Henderson, Nevada. It is described as “Seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders standing more than 25 ft. high bring a poet burst of form and color to the Ivanpah Valley.” Renowned Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone’s colorful large-scale, public artwork Seven Magic Mountains is a two-year exhibition located in the desert outside of Las Vegas. There is no admission fee to visit the installation. It is FREE and open to the public.

 

 

 

From Las Vegas: Follow I-15 S to Sloan Rd (exit 25). Turn left (east) to Las Vegas Boulevard. Drive approximately 7 miles south on Las Vegas Blvd. and the artwork will appear on your left (east).
