There’s a new steakhouse in town. It’s called Sullivan’s Steakhouse located inside the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in downtown Detroit, located at 1128 Washington Boulevard. We had the opportunity to attend the red carpet grand opening of Sullivan’s on Wednesday, September 20. Sullivan’s is located on the first floor next to the main entrance of the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel on Washington Boulevard. We sampled some of their sampler items such as: carved tenderloin sandwiches, scallops, beef wellington bites, jumbo shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, pork belly bites, ahi tuna on a chip, and oysters rockefeller. I have to say these items were superb. My compliments to the chef!
