The development on the former Hudson’s site will include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces. At 685.4 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level. An indoor-outdoor space for activations will anchor the ground-floor retail. A new plaza between the two buildings will cut through the center of the development, creating a unique gathering space for the city’s residents and visitors alike.
