The AmericaJR Web Team recently visited the Garfield Park Conservatory and Sunken Garden in Indianapolis. Today, the 10,000 square-foot Conservatory houses tropical plants and waterfalls and hosts several horticultural shows throughout the year. The Garden blooms with a tulip display in the spring and thousands of annuals throughout the summer months. In 2019, the Children’s Garden was refurbished to create Blake’s Garden – an outdoor garden space designed to allow both the young and old to explore the wonders of nature, engage in outdoor play and use their imagination and creativity.
