AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo recently visited the site of the new Hudson’s Detroit building. It is a is a mixed-use project that includes: A five-star hotel, office space, retail space, food and beverage space, residential space, event space and parking space. Situated on Woodward Avenue in the heart of downtown Detroit, Hudson’s offers an unrivaled combination of top-tier amenities, prime location and state-of-the-art Class A office space. The development is located on the former site of the J.L. Hudson’s flagship store, which closed in 1983 and was imploded in 1998. The skyscraper is expected to be the second tallest building in Detroit and Michigan, at 685 feet.
