AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo was LIVE at the Westin Book-Cadillac Hotel in downtown Detroit for the Toyota and Lexus holiday luncheon. Bob Carter, Senior Vice President of Automotive Operations at Toyota Motor Sales, announced that the group will hold three press conferences at the 2017 NAIAS: One for Toyota, another for Lexus and a third related to technology. The 2018 Toyota Camry will make its debut during the Toyota press conference. “Lexus has a vehicle coming out in the Spring that you know about,” Carter said. “That’s the new LC 500. We’re very close to bringing that to the market. Our new compact SUV that we call the C-HR. That will be out in the summer. The young buyers are particularly interested in the body.”
