AmericaJR’s Gloria and Jerome Rzucidlo recently visited the Hudson’s Site in downtown Detroit to check on the progress of construction. The development on the former Hudson’s site will include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces. At 685.4 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level. An indoor-outdoor space for activations will anchor the ground-floor retail. A new plaza between the two buildings will cut through the center of the development, creating a unique gathering space for the city’s residents and visitors alike. Progressively designed office spaces, dramatic event venues, state-of-the-art residences and a 5-star hotel will be joined together at an unbeatable location.
