AmericaJR’s Kelly Rosales was LIVE at the 57th annual AVP Manhattan Beach Open volleyball tournament last weekend. It is the longest running, continuous tournament in the sport of beach volleyball. When all was said and done, Jake Gibb and Casey Patterson won in the men’s division on Sunday. As for the women, Brittany Hochevar and Emily Day won in the female division. Their plaques were cemented on the Manhattan Beach Pier a day later. Meanwhile, Kerri Walsh-Jennings and new partner April Ross skipped the tournament to prepare for the Olympics in Rio. No matter how you look at it…It was an exciting weekend of beach volleyball!
