AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo recently visited the site of the new 1 million-square-foot Amazon distribution center in Livonia, Mich. It is being built from the ground up on the former location of the GM Delco Chassis plant. The online shopping website is spending $90 million in Livonia. The new distribution center is expected to open at 13000 Eckles Road in October. More than 1,000 full-time jobs will be created at this new facility.
