WATCH: U-M students interested in taking new “Fake News” college class

AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo reports from the University of Michigan central campus in Ann Arbor, Mich. “Fake News” is a buzzword that President Trump first started using during his campaign. Now, we hear it over and over again on cable news. This spring, the university offered a free online course dealing with fake news. This fall, U-M will offer a one-credit class called “Fake News, Lies and Propaganda: How To Sort Fact from Fiction.” Many of the students I spoke to said they were interested in taking the class. Six sections of the course are being offered and one of them is already closed.
