The Ann Arbor Film Festival is the oldest avant-garde and experimental film festival in North America, founded by George Manupelli in 1963. At 1 p.m., “The Big House” observational film made its North American premiere. eventeen University of Michigan students from the department of Screen Arts and Cultures collaborated to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the Michigan Stadium over the course of several home football games. It was set during the landscape of the 2016 Presidential Election.
