Las Vegas — After 4.3 billion and six years of construction, Resorts World Las Vegas is finally open for business. It is the first new casino resort to be built from the ground up since Cosmopolitan opened for the first time on Dec. 15, 2010.

Resorts World features a total 3,500 hotel rooms under the Hilton brands of Crockfords, Conrad and of course, Hilton. Offered are rooms, suites, villas and palaces. Each brand has its own check-in area and unique address.

There’s 40 new restaurants including signature restaurants, famous foods, casual restaurants, bars and lounges and even a food court. Featured are American, Asian, Italian, Mexican and other cuisines. Some of the restaurants such as the steakhouse have not yet opened.

RW features 117,000 square feet of gaming space with room for 1,400 slot machines and 117 table games plus a poker room. Modern technology includes cash and cashless transactions for slots and table games. Guests can load funds onto their smartphone then simply tap to begin play.

Entertainment will be off the charts with upcoming shows by Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry. Miley Cyrus will perform at the 4th of July bash with fireworks! Uncle Kracker is also scheduled to perform that same day inside the Dawg House Saloon & Sportsbook.

There are three levels of shopping and dining– it sort of looks like a mall! A giant orb or globe is the centerpiece of the shopping and dining area. It’s the perfect spot to take selfies or posed photos.

Where is it located? Resorts World is located in between Fashion Show Mall and Circus Circus Las Vegas on Las Vegas Boulevard.
