AmericaJR’s Gloria and Jerome Rzucidlo recently visited the 2022 Michigan Regional Glass Exhibition at the Janice Charach Gallery in West Bloomfield, Mich. The Lower Gallery will be curated by Alli Hoag, highlighting the best of what contemporary glass has to offer. Featuring legendary works by Herb Babcock, Jack Schmidt and Albert Young, this show ranges from the most experienced of artists to the emerging. Representational, functional, or experimental, this show has it all. The Upper Gallery features SIP, a collection of drinking vessels and small functional works curated by Ryan Thompson. Artists invited from across the country come together to form an installation that glorifies the cup.
