AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo was LIVE at the Elaine K. Smith Center in Boulder City, Nev. for the 2023 Dam Short Film Festival. The Dam Short Film Festival, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was founded in 2003 by Lee and Anita Lanier. We’re screening 153 short films from around the world at the Elaine K. Smith Building in downtown Boulder City, Nevada. There are 31 programs to choose from, plus mixers, parties, and presentations. Today, the Dam Short Film Festival has become a traditional Southern Nevada cultural event that attracts thousands of visitors to Boulder City each February.
