You wanted him back in 2017.  Well, he was back.  And now, he’s back again in 2023 with John Wick: Chapter 4.  Keanu Reeves suits up again as “that guy”: “the boogeyman” that is continuing his never-ending mission of revenge.  But can a man like John Wick will ever know peace – or freedom?

John Wick: Chapter 2 found Wick obligated to fulfill a blood oath for an old friend that ended with him being the most-wanted – and still most dangerous – man in the entire planet.  Now, Chapter 4 finds Wick back – this time, on horseback for starters, as he seeks a way out of the underworld that created him.

Like Chapter 2 and this franchise, John Wick: Chapter 4 is a shoot ’em up indeed, but this one is becoming more and more like a real-life video game.  John Wick has infinite lives throughout the film (pretty much, all the films), as every gun is lock and loaded to collect the bounty out on him.  But John Wick lets his fists of fury and everything else do the talking for him.  Still, even with all the weapons and arsenal, the guy is a weapon himself who stays sharp: a first-person troubleshooter all the way.

John Wick: Chapter 4 not only cements Keanu Reeves as the new “Man With No Name”, but continues to upgrade his action status since his Matrix days as the One named Neo over two decades ago.

You may break his bones, but you can never break the unbreakable spirit of the undeniable and unstoppable John Wick.

The first three John Wick films and The Continental are available on Peacock.
