AmericaJR’s Gloria and Jerome Rzucidlo were LIVE on the University of Michigan central campus for the 2024 Ann Arbor Summer Festival (A2SF). In this gallery, you’ll see photos of Corndaddy and the Brain Plasticity Ukulele Collective who both performed on Tuesday, June 25. The collective utilizes a wide array of instruments beyond ukuleles, from the eclectic sounds of accordion, mandolin, and mandola to more conventional instruments like guitar, flute, percussion, harmonica, bass, and piano. The group is inspired by the concept that music cuts across diverse cognitive capabilities and resources, including numeracy, language, and space perception. Clap your hands and stomp your feet to the signature sound of Corndaddy at Top of the Park! The local country rockers make music that brings to mind the glory days of Americana, sweeping in elements of power pop, bluegrass, and even a bit of British Invasion for a sound all their own.

The Ann Arbor Summer Festival continues through June 30. For more info, go to: www.A2SF.org.
