AmericaJR’s Jason Rzucidlo recently visited Delrey Park near the new Gordie Howe International Bridge, which is being built over the Detroit River. It will connect southwest Detroit with Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Excitement is building for the Gordie Howe International Bridge project team as they begin the final steps to connect the bridge deck over the Detroit River. Even though it will appear the bridge is completed, there is still plenty of work remaining before the bridge opens in fall 2025. Crews are currently working on the United States and Canadian ports of entry.
