AmericaJR.com's Jason Rzucidlo reports from the 69th Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Fest in Indio, Calif. He stopped by on Valentine's Day to check on couples who decided to make a "date" at the fair. Dates are fruits that look like grapes, but taste like raisins. They are found on date palm trees found in the desert. I had the rare opportunity to see a date shake being made. There was a sign for the "world's smallest horse" so I just had to check it out. The evening wrapped up with a performance by country music star Brett Eldredge.
