It was built by Doppelmayr and De Roll Ltd. of Switzerland.

The Mountain Station includes the Long Valley Deck, an expansive glimpse of the beautiful Mt. San Jacinto Park.

The terrace offers a view of the evergreen trees on the mountain.

Grubbs View offers a unique 360-degree view of the valley and wilderness.
