LOS ANGELES
-- Apple came out with the iPhone and the tablet
before consumers knew they wanted it. Today, many consumers
expect new and improved advanced technologies and can’t
imagine life without them.
How is the automotive
industry connecting future technologies with tomorrow’s
consumer? How do OEMs anticipate future consumer desires?
What is the automotive industry learning from other industries?
What is the role of the advanced product planning department
and how are they staying in front of the technology curve?
How are nanotechnologies affecting product development? What
will the demographic of the consumers look like in 10 more
years? These questions and more will be examined at the SAA
Technology Outlook Conference on Nov. 15, 2011.
