PHOTOS: A Tour of the U.S.S. IOWA floating museum at Berth 87 in San Pedro, CA

In Memoriam of those crewmen who lost their lives on April 19, 1989.

Two of the lost crew members were from Northville, Mich. and Eaton Rapids, Mich.

This room was used by the three U.S. presidents who rode aboard the battleship.

Why didn't President George H.W. Bush sign the poster? That is unknown at this time.

Historical photo

Presidents Roosevelt, Reagan and Bush used this room.
