Concordia
University
Concordia University is a private liberal
arts university in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Its 187 acre (757,000
m2) campus sits on the banks of the Huron River, about ten
minutes outside downtown Ann Arbor. Concordia is affiliated
with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS) and is a
college of the Concordia University System. The current acting
president, Charles Winterstein, serves together with interim
CEO Nichols as the administrative leadership of the campus.
The institution has approximately 774 undergraduate students,
with a student-faculty ratio of about 11 to 1. Concordia offers
over 40 areas of study, a set of adult education programs,
and a variety of study-abroad activities.
