In
2003, the 25 million dollar Donald J. Seelye Center was completed.
Also known as the "J", the Seelye Center rises 8 stories
and houses an indoor practice field, weight and fitness rooms, and
staff offices. It is located on the edge of the northeast endzone,
allowing the Seelye club suites to get a view of the game.

Waldo
Stadium is a stadium in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It is primarily used
for American football, and is the home field of the Western Michigan
University Broncos. The stadium was built at a cost of $250,000,
and it opened in 1939 with a 6-0 win over Miami University.

The
location of Waldo Stadium has been home for Western football since
1914. A field, without a stadium or modern seating, existed through
1938, until the construction and completion of the stadium in 1939.

The
Seibert Administration Building houses administrative offices, the
registrar and account services. It was completed in 1952.

The
Oaklands Residence serves as the home of the university's president.
The home was dedicated in 1870.

Western
Michigan University
Western Michigan University (WMU) is a public
university established in 1903 by Dwight B. Waldo. When the
school first opened, it was known as the Western State Normal
School but was renamed Western State Teachers College in 1927
and Western Michigan College of Education in 1941. On February
26, 1957 Governor G. Mennen Williams signed into law a bill
making Western Michigan College the state's fourth public
university. WMU's main campus is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan,
USA. As of the 2008–2009 school year, the school has
an enrollment of 24,818. The school is the fifth largest university
in the state of Michigan.The school's mascot is Buster Bronco,
and the school colors are brown and gold.
