PHOTOS: Tiger Stadium's Upper Deck Comes Crashing Down

A portion of Tiger Stadium's upper deck was still standing on June 22, 2009.

Water is being sprayed on the remnants of the building.

This pile of rubble is the remains of Tiger Stadium.

It is now possible to see St. Peter's Episcopal Church. When the ballpark was standing, you couldn't see it from here.

An excavator tears down a portion of the old ballpark.

One light tower remained on Monday afternoon.
