A closer look at some of the small plate desserts.

The International Buffet is located on the top floor of the Greektown Casino and has a capacity of 275 people.

The salad bar includes peel and eat shrimp, Chinese chicken saled, Indonesian slaw and many other items.

The American station features carved turkey, roast beef and ham, among other items.

The salad bar also features whole fruit, panzanella bread salad, house greens, a cheese platter, a grilled vegetable platter and much more.
