This was my 2nd time attending the Belleville National Strawberry Festival. This year, AmericaJR.com was one of the sponsors of the big Father's Day weekend event. We had a very fun time during the busy weekend for us.

The first exhibit that I noticed was the NBA Rhythm 'n Rims. This area was very crowded. There was a DJ spinning music. People were shooting baskets to win prizes. It was new for this year. Rhythm 'n Rims seemed to be a very popular event.

Secondly, I checked out all the nice vendors lined up on Main Street. There was a lot of little tents selling very unique merchandise. It's great to see so many local businesses in one place. Small businesses are very important in driving Michigan's economy forward.

The third place I visited was the main stage. I went to the festival on Saturday, June 17th. It happened to be Country night. On the main stage, The Company of Strangers was performing. They were a great local country band. Hats off to them!

Then, I made my way over to the carnival. There was lots of rides and games for the kids to enjoy. Remember, the Strawberry Festival is a family event. Bring your little ones! I took a ride on the ferris wheel. I got a great view of the area. You could see everything.

The next place I visited was Mark Rosenthal's Animal Magic show. He had scheduled several performance times during the weekend. He was feeding a sloth from inside his mouth. It was a very dangerous stunt to perform. He said that he could have been killed easily. It was a stunt that he will only do in Belleville during the festival.

Remember the festival is about the strawberries. You could purchase strawberries bulk in a package to go. You could get a strawberry sundae, strawberry pie, strawberry jam, strawberry shortcake, and more. No matter how you got it, the strawberries were priced at around $4.
