The signing ceremony took place on the land where the new Science and Technology Center will be built.

Banning city officials

The Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) essentially makes it known that the city of Banning is only doing business with this Science and Technology Center and no others.

The silver pen to be used for signing the documents.

Manis handed the paperwork to the officials to be signed.
