PHOTOS: Banning Science & Technology Center Exclusive Negotiation Agreement signing

Banning Mayor Don Robinson looks on as Henri De Roule signs the document.

Banning Economic Development Director Bill Manis, Banning Mayor Don Robinson, Science and Technology Center CEO Henri De Roule and Vice President Mike Rose.

Robinson was next to sign the document.

A total of $350,000 is needed to start construction on the project.

That money is expected to be raised this summer to allow for shovels in the ground by July.

The next steps for this project are a Disposition and Developers Agreement (DDA) and a lease payment arrangement.
