is composed of the departments of Large Animal Clinical Sciences,
Small Animal Clinical Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology,
Physiology, and Pathobiology and Diagnostic Investigation. It offers
a 4-year program leading to the DVM as well as graduate study leading
to the MS and PhD.

The Wharton Center for Performing Arts is located in East
Lansing, Michigan, USA, on the campus of Michigan State University.
It is the home of the Lansing Symphony Orchestra which performs
17 concerts a year there. The Wharton Center hosts many additional
productions throughout the year, and was host to the final U.S.
Presidential Debate before the 1992 election.

The
Michigan State University College of Law, established in 1891 as
the Detroit College of Law, was the first law school in the Detroit,
Michigan area and the second in the state of Michigan. The college
opened in 1891 with 69 students and was incorporated in 1893. It
claims to be the oldest continuously operating independent law school
in the United States.

The
Eli Broad College of Business is the business college at Michigan
State University. Eli Broad, an alumnus of Michigan State, endowed
the college in 1991. The school has 4,958 undergraduate students
and 778 graduate students.

The
college has programs in accounting, general business - pre-law,
finance, general management, human resource management, marketing,
supply chain management, and hospitality business which is an independent,
industry-specific school within the Broad School (The School of
Hospitality Business).

The Michigan State University Department of Chemistry offers
three undergraduate degrees: BS in Chemistry, BA in Chemistry, and
BS in Chemical Physics.

Since 1906, the Department of Biosystems & Agricultural
Engineering (BAE) has responded to the changing needs of society
by integrating and applying principles of engineering and biology
in a systems context. Today, biosystem engineers at MSU solve complex,
rapidly-changing problems related to food quality and safety, ecosystems
protection, homeland security and health protection, biomass utilization,
and renewable energy development.

Michigan State University (MSU) is a co-educational
public research university in East Lansing, Michigan USA.
Founded in 1855, it was the pioneer land-grant institution
and served as a model for future land-grant colleges in the
United States under the 1862 Morrill Act. Its alumni include
at least five winners of the Pulitzer Prize and more Rhodes
Scholars than any other university in the Big Ten. MSU pioneered
the studies of packaging, hospitality business, telecommunication,
and music therapy. Today its study-abroad program is the largest
of any single-campus university in the country, offering more
than 200 programs in more than 60 countries on all continents
including Antarctica.
